Chris, GB.
Pamela, US.
Stephen, US.
Doug, Australia.
Vilde, Norway.
and me...

We started in Panama City, and went to El Valle after 2 days in the city. After a good hike and a squared tree, we hired a van and went to Boquete. Next stop was Bocas del Toro. Then we crossed the border to Costa Rica and stopped in Puerto Viejo at the Carribbean coast. Paradise!
Then for some of us the trip stopped in San Jose, Costa Rica. But the rest of us picked up some new travelers and a now tourleader.

Here are som pics:

Vilde in a butterflygarden outside Gamboa, a smaal town along the Panama Canal between Panama City and Colon.

Vile and I at the end of a Jungletrail outside Gamboa. Some lizards and monkies in the trees.

Rick and I in a waterfall(that kosted 3.5 dollars to get in. We got a walking stick an after 3 minuts we arrived at a not so impressing waterfall....dry season.... and the trail back had one little junglebridge and after 2 min we where back at the entrence)just outside of the small town of El Valle.

Claude, I, Vilde and Rick in the waterfall. Shit cold.

Me, Rick, to hikingfriends and Claude at the enrence to Cerro Gaito, outside El Valle.

Rick. "This is a perfect day!! Its the best hike I ever had in Panama, today, with you!"
